Women’s Leadership Accelerator.
Launched in 2015, this tuition-free, cohort-based model focus squarely on building the leadership and management skills of women pushing digital innovation in journalism. The program combines unique training, collaborative discussion practical tools, and extended coaching, infused with diversity. Including the graduates from the continuing training of original partner the Poynter Institute, over 400 women have built a community of support and strength. (I continue to be a proud mentor.)
