• I collaborate closely with any size nonprofit (and some for-profit) media organizations open or looking to change entrenched, unproductive systems and start-ups looking to build or scale up leadership and structure. I can help you think differently about:
         Adaptive short-term strategic planning 
         Succession planning for executive leadership
         Using design thinking to solve problems, build teams or create editorial products
         Reassessing or building strong, collaborative boards and leadership teams

 

• Projects can be short- or longer-term, and I typically only work on up to two projects at a time so I can focus on your needs. If I can't help you, chances are I know someone who can.
   

• Depending on your project and the size of your budget, I can work either on a flat project fee, a retainer or hourly rate. If you're a small start-up, my rates are low. Journalism needs you.
